Airship will be conducting maintenance on our Mobile Wallet service resulting in the web dashboard and APIs being unavailable on October 1st, 11:30pm to 1:30am PDT (6:30am to 8:30am UTC).

We will be migrating our Mobile Wallet service onto upgraded infrastructure which will result in improved availability, reliability and scalability.

We apologize for the inconvenience of this necessary service disruption to our Mobile Wallet Web Dashboard and APIs. All other Airship services will remain operational and unimpacted during this event.

This is a precautionary scheduled maintenance event anticipating any cleanup items that may be required from our maintenance event on October 1st, 2019. This maintenance event will be canceled if it is not required.

Resolved - We have resolved the issue which was causing errors when accessing messages in Message Center. Impacted messages are now accessible and do not need to be resent. Access should be restored and end-users should be able to load and view messages.
