Since approximately 8 AM Pacific time we are investigating an issue that is impacting multiple components. This may lead to the following issues:
- New installs will not be able to generate a channel, so all Airship features will not be available.
- Preference Center updates will not be available.
- Feature Flags will not be retrievable.
- In-App Automation updates (new In-App Automations, edits and stops) will not be retrievable.
- In-App Automations will be delayed.
- Global Holdout Groups will not be able to be fetched for In-App Automations.

Since 2023-07-13 16:45 UTC we are investigating an issue involving the custom event properties component. Our engineering team is working to resolve the issue. Our engineering team has identified an issue related to passing custom event properties to personalized messages. Engineering has deployed a fix to the issue and we will continue to monitor the problem.
