Between 1:39 PM UTC and 4:35 PM UTC May 1st Message Center messages experienced delivery delays over 30 minutes. Push Notifications that are sent with a Message Center Message will have also noticed a delay in delivery during this window.
Users may have also experienced elevated error rates around Message Center messages between 12:55 PM UTC and 4:27 UTC.
We have returned to our normal delivery rates and the issue was resolved as of 4:35 PM UTC.
Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of the delay.
