Performance Analytics has now been fully restored. Customers may experience issues downloading Performance Analytics data in a PDF format. As a workaround, customers may use CSV export until PDF format is available.

Our engineering team has restored Performance Analytics. However, customers may still experience issues with downloading certain file types like PDFs. The team is working to resolve this issue. As new information becomes available, we will update our status page.

We are continuing to investigate an issue regarding Performance Analytics. Customers may experience delays when viewing scheduled reports and failed errors downloading reports on USCS. All PA reports may be unavailable for a few minutes while we restart the system. Our engineering team is currently working to resolve this issue. We will continue to monitor and update our status page as soon as there's more information.
